Our Closeout Process is a meeting with our clients after the wedding/event to discuss your overall satisfaction with your special day. It will include an honest feedback session, review of final budget, cost and vendor satisfaction.
UNIQUE Weddings + Events will design a specialized layout of your venue that includes seating, catering stations, dance floor, bridal table, and/or cake station.
As our client, you are able to contact us at anytime - 24 hours/7 days a week. We are always connected and available for you!
The purpose of meeting with your wedding party, parents, and VIP's is to ensure that everyone knows each others role and who to go to if necessary. The "meet and greet" can occur two months prior and be held in a neutral location.
If requested, our clients can utilize our mailing address for the receipt of RSVP's so that we can monitor who accepts and who regretfully declines. We also accept RSVP e-mails from guests.
For out of town guests, we can purchase items and create a welcome package that is delivered to your guests as a 'thank you' for traveling to your wedding or event. We can also create guidance or directions for local restaurants, historical sites, malls, movie theaters, etc.
As your wedding/event gets closer it is important to have constant communication. It is recommended to have weekly conference calls and meetings to review important details.
For your convenience we gladly accept credit cards, check, money order and cash payments.
UNIQUE Weddings + Events does not charge traveling fees for weddings or events that occur outside of our local area.*
If the distance of your wedding or event exceeds one hour from our office, hotel accommodations must be pre-arranged by the responsible party for the wedding or event weekend. Please contact our offices for additional details.

PARTIAL
WEDDING PACKAGE
The Partial Wedding Package-A offers complete planning and management of the wedding or reception. This package is for the bride that would like to plan a portion of her special day or has help from family and friends. For example, you may not need assistance with the ceremony but would like to have someone oversee the reception...or vice versa. You are able to choose where you need the most assistance. This package is for full assistance of either your wedding or reception.
The Partial Wedding Package-B offers partial planning and management of the wedding and reception. This is for the bride who has already selected 30%-50% of her vendors. You not only need extra guidance during this time but someone who will execute your original plan and vision. You have done all of the preliminary research and need assistance finalizing the remaining details as your special day gets closer. Consider us as back-up to your wedding day.

The Month-Of Wedding Package offers assistance to ensure a smooth flow on your wedding day. This is for the bride that wants to plan every detail herself, or with family and friends. You want to hire us for that extra insurance. We become involved in the process the month before your wedding. At that time we will meet with you, follow-up with vendors, and handle any unexpected details. Once you have planned your special day - we keep the ball rolling so that you can enjoy it. We will oversee the entire wedding and reception on this day, from beginning to end.

CONSULTATION

The Consultation Package offers our consulting services so that you have excellent tips and resources to allow you to create your special day. This is for the bride that understands the dedication and fundamentals for managing her special day. We can provide you with vendor information, timelines, reception ideas, and so much more. We help you get started and are here as needed throughout this entire experience. We can also provide up to three recommendations for the following types of vendors.

Intimate Wedding Package – This is specifically for smaller weddings that consist of 50 guests or less. We will also treat this type of package as a Month-Of Wedding Package, unless additional assistance is needed, for an extra fee.
Destination Wedding Package – This is specifically for couples who wish to have your special day on an exotic island, in your home state or in another country. You may choose the type of package, from above, that will work best for you.

Having an unforgettable day is still very important to you which is why this is the best package for you. With this package we cover every angle of your rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
