ENTJs are usually successful in the business world, because they are so driven to leadership. They’re tireless in their efforts on the job, and driven to visualize where an organization is headed. The ENTJ has a tremendous amount of personal power and presence which will work for them as a force towards achieving their goals.

ENTJs love to interact with people. As Extroverts, they’re energized and stimulated primarily externally. They are assertive, innovative, long-range thinkers with an excellent ability to translate theories and possibilities into solid plans of actions.

Shanique Coleman is the proud owner of UNIQUE Weddings + Events. She has a wide range of experience in the corporate world for over 16 years. Some of her previous positions held have been Customer Care Manager, Federal Government Contractor and Store Manager. Shanique’s strong management background has allowed her to work with diverse personalities. She has been able to motivate staff, increase productivity and provide superior service. Shanique constantly maintains an outgoing, positive and friendly demeanor.

Shanique is well suited to hold the title of Wedding/Event Planner because it incorporates her favorite passions – interior design, fashion, client service and planning. She understands the fundamentals of wearing many hats all while achieving satisfactory results to get the job done.

Shanique is a Maryland native and relocated to the Raleigh, North Carolina area with her family in 2006. She loves the beauty and peacefulness of her quiet scenic community. The most important things to Shanique are her faith, family, friends and happiness.
